Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delays & Lost Packages
While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, customs processing, or courier disruptions.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in locating your package.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
